convert.raeed.io is an image conversion tool by Raeed — raeed.io.

This policy describes file and usage-data handling in this release. Technical safeguards do not guarantee absolute security or deletion at a fixed time.

1. Information processed

Images and temporary results

Images are decoded on the service’s server and results are stored privately to prepare the download. The app attempts to remove intermediates and results after processing and sending the download. Interrupted requests or deletion failures may leave files behind. Cleanup removes this release’s files older than 24 hours when it runs; delays or a stopped task can retain them longer. This timing does not cover older releases’ files, hosting logs or backups.

Conversion statistics

The app retains the IP address, browser user agent, conversion format, result count and sizes, outcome and timestamp. Image names and contents are not stored in statistics. This release sets no automatic deletion period for statistics and does not change historical records.

Sessions and operational logs

A session supports language preferences and form protection. Hosting or network providers may keep separate technical logs, including requests, IP addresses and errors. Their retention cannot be confirmed from the application code alone.

Advertising and analytics

This release’s interface loads no ads, tracking or external analytics. This does not automatically erase data collected by earlier releases.

2. Uses of information

  • Converting images and preparing downloadable results.
  • Limiting abuse and diagnosing failures.
  • Calculating usage and size statistics.

3. Hosting and information sharing

Processing takes place on the hosting service running the application. The operator and hosting provider may need technical access for operations and support. The conversion flow does not send images to an external conversion service.

  • WhatsApp, email and Raeed links are opened at your choice; communication through them is subject to those services and their policies.

4. Cookies

Session storage and cookies support language preferences and form-request verification. Disabling them may prevent conversion or remembering your language. This interface requires no advertising networks, external fonts or CDN styles.

5. Advertising and external services

No ads, analytics or WebSocket connections are required by this interface. External links remain optional; no account or subscription is added by this release.

6. Data enquiries and review requests

  • You may contact us to enquire about your data or request review or deletion of identifiable records.
  • Requests are reviewed according to verification, record identification and relevant obligations. Immediate deletion from every log or backup is not promised.

7. Contact

For privacy questions or a file issue, use the current support channels. Do not send passwords or sensitive images that support does not need.

8. Policy changes

This policy may change as the service changes. The updated version and its date will be published on this page.
